ደቀመዝሙር መሆንና ደቀመዝሙር ማፍራት። 
ደቀመዝሙር የወንጌል መልክተኛ ይሆን ዘንድ። 
የአማኞች ሕብረት በማባዛት ማደግ። 

እሴት 

​ድንኳን ሰፊ አገልጋይ።
የአካል አገልግሎት።
ሁሉም ስጦታቸውን ይጠቀማሉ። 
መጠሪያችን ወንድምና እህት ነው።
 
አባልነት 

ሕብረቱ የግለሰብ አባል የለውም። አጥር አያበጅም። 
ቤተክርስቲያናት የሕብረቱ ተጣማሪ ናቸው። 
ዕድገት የሚመዘነው በመባዛት ነው።

Organic Structure
The head is Christ. Assembly of Minsters constitute the Body of Christ.

Affiliation LMC
LMC recognizes and welcomes EMF under the oversight of Washington Baltimore District. LMC is an Anabaptist movement of both traditional and innovative congregations living into the mission statement: A Spirit led movement to: Make disciples of Jesus, Mobilize everyone as a missionary, and Multiply communities of faith locally and globally. It was the similarity of this LMC mission statement and the EMF mission statement that Holy Spirit used to call us to this shared path together.

Bylaws of EMF

ARTICLE I — NAME AND PURPOSE
Section 1. Name
The name of this fellowship is Ethiopian Missionary Fellowship (EMF).
Section 2. Purpose
We believe the Holy Spirit is stirring a big movement — a return to simple church, home fellowship, deeper discipleship, Christ-centered community, mission, and the multiplication of Little Flocks. "Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom" (Luke 12:32). 

ARTICLE II — NON-MEMBERSHIP
The Fellowship shall have no formal members. Spiritual and practical guidance is entrusted to the Assembly of Ministers, who serve as spiritual leaders of the Fellowship. This is to limit the size of the fellowship. 

ARTICLE III — ASSEMBLY OF MINISTERS
Section 1. General Role
The affairs and direction of the Fellowship are guided by its Assembly of Ministers, who serve together in unity, prayer, discernment, and love.
Section 2. Number
The Assembly shall consist of not fewer than three (3) and not more than twelve (12) Ministers.
Section 3. Affirmation and Service
Ministers are affirmed by the Assembly. They serve renewable three-year terms, walking together in humility, accountability, and shared calling.

ARTICLE IV — LEADERSHIP TEAMS
Section 1. Ordained Team
The Ordained Team provides spiritual leadership, teaching and prayer covering. They support the planting and nurturing of Little Flocks and help cultivate a Fellowship marked by love and unity.
Section 2. Officers Team
The Officers Team provides organizational and financial stewardship. Officers may include a Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, or others as needed to support the Fellowship’s practical needs.
Section 3. Advisory Team
The Advisory Team offers encouragement, wisdom, and accountability. They help ensure the Fellowship remains faithful to its mission, values, and spiritual integrity.

ARTICLE V — FINANCES
Section 1. Stewardship
All finances are managed with integrity, transparency, and prayerful responsibility.
Section 2. No Private Benefit
No part of the Fellowship’s income shall benefit any individual.
Section 3. Fiscal Year
The fiscal year shall run from January 1 to December 31.

​ARTICLE VI — AMENDMENTS
Section 1. General Amendments
These bylaws may be amended by a three-fourths (¾) agreement of the Assembly of Ministers.
Section 2. Protected Identity
​The following statements form the core identity of EMF and may only be amended by unanimous agreement of the Assembly of Ministers:

1. Vision — To remain a Little Flock, living out the simplicity, relational life, and Spirit-led rhythms of the New Testament church.
2. Mission — To serve as a catalyst in the Little Flock movement, igniting, equipping, and encouraging the multiplication of Little Flocks.
3. Purpose — To uphold and advance EMF’s calling to walk as a Little Flock and the multiplication of Little Flocks.
